Job Summary:

As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and general information
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive for resolution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
