We are seeking a front desk Receptionist that possesses excellent communication skills and has an interest in personal growth. This person will be the first point of contact with new and existing clients so we need a confident, people-person who is quick on their feet and able to learn and adapt.
Job Responsibilities
· Answering the phones for new and existing clients
· Scheduling appointments with new and existing clients
· Helping to resolve client inquiries
· Package tax returns for clients
· Assist with invoicing clients
· Scanning client documents
· Receiving client payments
· Managing our vendors as point of contact
· Managing a wide range of general administrative support tasks for a growing accounting team.
Our busy season is from January 15 – May 1, September 1 – September 15, October 1 – October 15, of which vacations may not be taken. During the slower season, we use that time to train and enhance skills.
Skills and Qualifications
· Telephone skills: Strong verbal and professional communication
· Good computer skills: Adobe, Microsoft Products (Excel/Word/Outlook Mail).
