What's the role?
The Production Shipping Specialist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for preparing physical payroll checks and reports for delivery to clients. Assisting Director of Payroll Operations with day to day items. This includes:

Operating printers, inserters, and related equipment.

Preparing payroll checks, ACA reports, W2's, and related reports for delivery to clients.

Logging wrapped payrolls to be delivered via courier.

Stocking fulfillment room with supplies (envelopes, paper, check stock, rubber bands, etc.)

Scheduling equipment maintenance appointments with vendors.

Assisting with processing of ingoing and outgoing mail.

Task/project management.

Assisting other Payroll Solutions administrative tasks as needed.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
-
Highest level of confidentiality an absolute must.

Ability to read and follow written instructions.
-
Must be able work under stringent time deadlines and with little or no supervision.

Ability to operate computer terminals, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, and facsimile machines.
-
Experience in a similar role working with check stuffer and sealer, computer workstation, printers, etc. highly desired.

What's the schedule?
This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday 8a-5p with a steady 40 hours per week.
