Key Responsibilities:
- Moving units between the dealership’s display area, workshop, storage facility, and the pick-up point.
- Driving and handling all units responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times.
- Accounting for all units on the lot.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of units on the lot.
- Providing assistance with keeping the lot clean and tidy at all times.
- Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids.
- Manage unit flow by greeting and assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork and processing it accordingly
- Maintains a favorable relationship with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner. Escalates customer issues to more senior parts personnel or supervisor when needed.
- Maintains a neat and clean appearance in the customer parts area and parts warehouse
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement.
Customer service – Professional and effective communication (oral and written)
Perform other duties under moderate supervision that may include managing stock levels, shipping and receiving parts, warehouse activities, inventory management related tasks, core processing, or other parts-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
