Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Taking care of all office calls and emails
- Manage patient appointments (scheduling, canceling, confirming, etc.)
- Manage the flow of daily schedules (register patients, ensure that all necessary forms are completed and signed)
- Knowledge of insurance reimbursements; insurance verification, provide insurance information to patients
- Completing and filing insurance forms and billing records, managing insurance claims
- Collection from patients before and after the appointment
- Maintain front-desk invoices
- Document filing, scanning
- Running the Recall System, Care calls etc
- Tracking daily and monthly production and collection; follow-up on collectibles
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Experience with QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Familiarity with Google Suite for document management
- Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
- Strong customer support skills
- Ability to handle order entry tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning is beneficial
- Capability in project coordination and multitasking efficiently
