Who is Revolution From Home (RFH)?:
RFH was founded by Beth Berry in 2010 to support and guide mothers’ personal development journey, synthesize wisdom, and create nourishing spaces for soulful connection, healing, and empowerment.
RFH is committed to deconstructing cultural narratives which overburden and disempower mothers and keep us isolated. We envision a future in which mothers’ needs are visible, honored, and well met. We seek to co-create a world where mothers feel valued, whole, inspired, and beautifully supported.
As a team, we consistently exhibit integrity, compassion, effective communication, authentic expression, and growth-mindedness through 1:1 coaching, short courses, year-long programs, and retreats.

The Administrative Assistant is essentially the “left brain” of RFH, and will be responsible for things such as day-to-day operations and communications, inbox management, tracking numbers and finances, uploading and managing course content, scheduling course-related emails, minding deadlines, and improving process/operations efficiency.
As the Administrative Assistant at Revolution From Home, your primary objective is to oversee and operate Revolution From Home’s backend to ensure a timely, warm, and positive client (and Team RFH) experience. You will contribute to RFH’s overall success and enable Beth and the rest of the team to focus on their key priorities and keep the business running smoothly.

1.) G-Suite Inbox Management: Manage and organize the G-suite inbox, respond to queries, and flag messages for other team members as required.
2.) Content Software (Simplero) Administration: Add course content and call replays to the Simplero platform, handle refund requests and manage the refund process, set up courses + manage access to content, set up automations for call reminders and launch email sequences, manage/maintain mailing lists, send out content + replay emails for programs, track attendance at sessions (and follow up if necessary), update Terms & Conditions for new offerings, manage the scholarship and equity seat application and offer process, liaise with Simplero helpdesk with any troubleshooting issues.
3.) Financials & Reporting: Track monthly revenue figures, extract financial data from Stripe and Quickbooks, monitor software usage, ensure appropriate subscription level is maintained.
4.) Calendar Management: Set up 1:1 client calls, schedule programs, manage availability and bookings through Paperbell platform.
5.) Misc. Team/Admin Items: Track weekly meeting agenda and timely items that need tending to, communicate effectively and efficiently with team members via Slack and Voxer.
