Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and help customers with paperwork as needed.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Take all incoming calls and information for new roof inquiries.
- Operates multiple phones, take messages, and texting.
- Keep a clean workspace.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep forms and proposals stocked for salesmen.
