Established and growing hospitality company seeking a Hotel Regional General Manager to oversee several hotels. Preferred if candidate be based in Texas but not necessary.
Candidate must be well versed in brand standards of Hilton/Marriott and IHG.
Should be able to travel for extended period of time and in different states
Minimum 7 years of multi-brand Hospitality Management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Participate in Revenue Management calls, Hotel Reputation Management, deliver and sustain or exceed budgets for revenues and expenses
Proven knowledge of hospitality financials, reporting requirements and industry measurements
Train new managers on procedures, auditing, cash controls, payroll and other related duties
Make property visits one to two times per month
While on property work with team and operation departments
Review daily audits to keep pulse on each property’s success
Match payroll with occupancy, revenues, and events
Meet all property compliance requirements
Set Performance Objectives for each property
Assist with developing policies and procedures for effective business operations
Superior guest satisfaction skills
Manage recruiting of General Managers and/or Assistant General Managers
Absence of management fill in till replacement is found
Report to CEO weekly successes of each property
Be results driven
Strong leadership skills
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Other duties as assigned
Additional : Quarterly Bonus based on hotel revenues performance and scores.
Vehicle provided for travel to properties.
Daily per diem allowed for travel
