We are looking for an organized, motivated, and assertive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, answering phones, other clerical duties, and shipping/handling warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Mandatory Outlook, Excel, and Quick Books experience
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Organize and maintain records and documents.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Warehouse duties to include shipping & handling medical supplies.
- Order processing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
