We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Director to join our team. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care center and ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our students. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with parents to address their concerns, provide updates on their child's progress, and foster positive relationships
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, enrollment, and record keeping
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in early childhood education
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in child care or early childhood education settings
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and community members
- Passion for working with children and providing them with a nurturing learning environment
