Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator/Legal Assistant. As the Front Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow. This is a key role in our office, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with office management tasks including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional client service
- Assist with special projects or assignments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office enviornment preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Notary public license preferred (if not, willing to obtain one through employer)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
