Responsibilities:
Office Assistant:
-
Courteously greet guests entering the showroom and direct to the correct destination
-
Answer telephone, direct and screen calls, take and relay messages
-
Respond to queries or requests from guests and the public
-
Data entry
-
Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
-
Maintain appointment diary, either electronically or manually
-
Receive and sort mail, email, and deliveries
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Office Assistant:

Experience preferred

Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures

An outgoing, enthusiastic personality

Professional demeanor and appearance

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Excellent communication skills

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
