Pay: $37,000-$45,000
Requirements:

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates;

Presents ideas effectively, both orally and in writing;

Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
-
Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller;

Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;

Building sustainable customer relationships;
-
Achieving and exceeding established KPI’s and performance goals.
Additional requirements:

Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
-
Ability to adhere to departmental attendance and other established processes and procedures
-
Ability sit up to 90% of your scheduled shift; while performing related phone and computer assignments.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
