Job Description
Winn VW is currently looking for a customer-centric, phenomenal leader, and dedicated Sales Manager
to join our growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for profitability in the Sales Department.
● Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts.
● Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of all sales staff.
● Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.
● Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
● Assist in developing an internet sales process
● Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
● Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
● Provide training and support to all staff
● Assist sales managers in closing deals and attracting more customers
Salary Range: $80,000 - $250,000 annually
REQUIREMENTS
● Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
● A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
● Minimum 3-5 years of automotive management experience
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Understanding of inventory control
● Strong computer and phone skills
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
● Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
