Job Summary:
Our very busy, award winning company is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join our Mobile & Baldwin County team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of data entry related projects across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Collect & compile online data used to create and complete projects
- Collaborate among team members, contractors and customers
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain up to date required project documentation
- Follow up with contractors and customers as needed
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience and phone etiquette
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with computer programs such as excel, google workspace, email, etc.
Join our team as an Project Administrative Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment. Paid training and all materials needed will be provided. Training will be held in Saraland, AL. Hours are flexible and weekly pay is based off of performance/task completed.
