The Role: As our Clinic Manager, you'll play a crucial role in both managing our day-to-day operations and steering our growth initiatives. We're looking for a proactive leader who is not just an excellent manager but also a skilled marketer and business developer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
- Design and implement marketing strategies that align with our holistic health mission.
- Manage social media platforms and create content that engages our community and drives clinic growth.
- Spearhead business development activities, identifying opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the clinic.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a solid background in management, preferably in a healthcare or wellness environment.
- Possesses strong marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record of growing a practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:.
- Experience in managing a team in a healthcare or wellness setting Is a bonus
- Strong writing and digital communication skills.
- Familiarity with the holistic health industry and its current trends is highly advantageous.

Other Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with office management duties such as organizing files and maintaining supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Support event planning activities as needed
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Transcribe documents and maintain records
- Assist with QuickBooks entries and basic financial tasks
- Act as a personal assistant to executives when required
- Utilize computer literacy skills for various office tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in transcribing documents accurately
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills for effective office management
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Excellent customer service skills for client interactions
- Familiarity with event planning processes is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and clerical duties is beneficial
