Job Description:
As a Part-Time HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department of South Jersey Treatment Management Company. You will assist in various HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of human resources processes across multiple treatment facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and timekeeping systems.
- Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns.
- Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies as needed.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR communications.
- Training and Development Support: Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities for employees. Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee training compliance.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing HR-related events.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; HR certification or relevant coursework a plus.
