**Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. No experience is required, but priority is given to those with prior licensing/experience. This position is commission based!
Positions will include enrolling clients on a free plan based on their income. Setting up and executing table top events as well as community events to enroll new clients to the plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Help customer fill out the 2 minute application
- Provide customer with free healthcare options
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns promptly
