Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient and effective management
- Manage and supervise site staff, including performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property operations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
- Collaborate with management to maximize occupancy rates and achieve leasing goals
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws
- Experience with HUD Section 8 programs is required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, including maintenance and repairs
- Proven sales and negotiation skills to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is an asset
