Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cardiovascular Imaging Manager to oversee our imaging department. As an Imaging Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of imaging procedures and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of imaging technologists (Vascular, Vein Center, Echo, Stress Lab, and Nuclear Cardiology & EKG), ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of imaging equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results
- Train and educate staff on new imaging techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during imaging procedures
- Oversee scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging procedures, and results
- Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Certification in Radiologic Technology or relevant specialty (e.g., Sonography)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Imaging Technologist or related role
- Proven experience in managing a team in an imaging department
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation
- Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and software systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
