Occupational Therapist Registered- Outpatient

The Occupational Therapist will help fulfill our mission to provide high-quality, on-site care.
Responsibilities:
- Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
- Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
- Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Obtain NPI & PTAN number. Assistance provided in obtaining if not current upon hire.
- Enrollment in CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Inc.) Assistance provided in enrolling if not current upon hire.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Current CPR Certification (BLS- Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
