Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and building relationships with customers. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment and contribute to the growth of the company.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their requirements
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track interactions and progress
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in business development efforts to expand the customer base
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in account management or outside sales is beneficial
