Founded in 2013, RebatesMe is a leading Cash Back loyalty site based in the United States. We are seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the company owners, the Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, planning, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will ensure alignment with our business objectives and effectively manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI. We are looking for a candidate with the ambition and capability to increase our new customer acquisition by 3-5 times within the next three years. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, familiarity with the affiliate marketing industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing results. They will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through creative marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest), including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Content Strategy: Manage and develop content strategies for e-commerce platforms, including landing pages, blog posts, and multimedia content. Collaborate with external bloggers and industry experts to expand brand influence. Ensures content is optimized for search engines and aligned with the brand messaging.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations to engage and retain customers. Maintain existing customers and keep the user churn rate below 5%. Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer loyalty.
Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing initiatives. Analyzes metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaign performance.
Market Research and Execution: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and understand user needs in the e-commerce landscape. Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation, constantly seeking new ways to optimize performance and exceed business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, operations, and account management teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals. Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 year experience in a growth marketing, and/or e-commerce role, with Affiliate Marketing experience being advantageous.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field;
- Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
