POS Supply Solutions is a distributor of supplies for Point-of-Sale systems and specialty printers. We are looking for a sharp, energetic, fun and growth-oriented person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate for this role will develop a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-versed in product knowledge – both of which are critical for offering quick and accurate expertise that customers expect from us.

Responsibilities:
· Active Lead for Inbound Phone Calls, Emails & Online Chats
· New Account Setup, Active Account Management
· Accurate Record Keeping and Order Entry
· Help Initiate Returns / Exchanges as Requested by Customers
· Quickly and Efficiently Resolve Customer Issues
· Work with Customers to Track, Reroute and/or Quickly Resolve Delivery Exceptions
· Assist with Team Projects & General Administrative Duties as Needed
Requirements:
· Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Top-Notch Phone Etiquette
· 2+ Years B2B / eCommerce Customer Service
· Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
· Ability to Quickly Learn & Multi-Task
· Ability to Tactfully Handle Difficult Customer Issues
· Reliable, Punctual, Team Player
· NetSuite ERP/CRM Experience is a Preferred
