Overview:
We are a growing MSP and growing our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Support office staff in daily administrative tasks
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Maintain organized records and files
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with data entry processes
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office is advantageous
- Assist with social media
- work on small independent projects
