Overview:
First Serve University is a Christian owned business that provides tactical resources for tennis players. This interim position also will provide support for our Community Minded organization, where we assemble resources for Christians in Atlanta to find community. FSU is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, ambitious individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the founder's personal and professional life. This is a dynamic role which requires excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the talent to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will not be bored in this role! Below are someof the duties of the position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Respond to all emails within a 24 hour time period
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Provide support for podcast recordings
-Manage and maintain social media pages
-Provide weekly recaps of work completed and items for review
-Meet in person as needed with Founder
-Run errands around the city
- Complete monthly continuing education videos (CEVs provided by employer)
- Assist in monetizing websites and securing speaking engagements for Founder
-Network within Atlanta to connect the Founder to new people and organizations that will help the company grow
-Screen and interview applicants for special projects
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with the Founder
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Highly social personality
-Strong sales ability
-Ability to work with small and large budgets
-Past experience of playing tennis or knowledge of game basics preferred but not required
-Possess a network of friends and professionals that will help the company grow (or the ability to build a network quickly)
-Live within 15-20 minutes of Dunwoody, GA

-Be at the beck and call of the Founder except on Saturdays
-Maintain business etiquette and dress code (including on video calls)
-Be respectful and responsive in all communication with the Founder
-Make the life and business of the Founder easier
-Completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner

The Personal Assistant is currently a part-time, temporary role.
For all candidates being considered for hire, all interviews will be conducted in person and in the afternoon on Fridays. Please come dressed in business professional attire. Those who fail to abide by these expectations will not be considered for the position.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $8.50 - $20.00 per hour
