**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Secretary/Receptionist to provide administrative support in an office setting from us to our client
**Duties:**
- Conduct follow up calls for clients wellbeing
- Record any changes in their individual files
- Update patients files with any changed and updated medications
- Notify the state when clients are admitted to the hospital
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Update documentation of Employee applications and clients folder using word, or exel when needed
- Other clerical duties as needed.
Must be willing and available for trainning as required by the Company.
**Experience:**
- Must be computer literate!
- Must be able to type and use Word, Excel, Power Point and so on.
- Strong computer literacy for electronic health record documentation
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to manage calendars for appointments and medication schedules
- Experience in clerical tasks such as phone systems, event planning, and administrative duties
