We are a leading home services provider and due to our continued growth we are looking for a reliable individual to serve as an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator will handle day-to-day and end of month inventory activities, including data entry, balancing and ordering.
Responsibilities include:
- Inventory data entry and balancing
- Data entry and verification of all SMO inventory activities to meet Star Group Daily and monthly deadlines
- Reconciling of inventory across systems (WDMS and CTO) for all SMO plant activity
- Make entries to record SMO use gallons
- Data entry and verification of all SMO plant thru put inventory activities
- Data entry of al SMO incoming BOLs. Tracking what was ordered throughout the District to ensure all BOLs are received and entered in to WDMS timely and accurately.
- Accuracy and attention to detail on all entries is very important.
- Backup for other delivery functions as requested.
- Prepare monthly SOX control documentation and other month end inventory accounting.
- Maintain proper fuel delivery levels and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of office, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation
