Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Conduct clerical duties including copying, scanning, and uploading documents
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Assist in front desk duties including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
