The A/B Testing Optimization Project Manager will play a pivotal role which focuses on enhancing our marketing strategies by managing the daily operations, procedures, protocol, and documentation of all our A/B testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a keen understanding of direct response marketing environments.
Essential Job Functions
- Test Management: Oversee the workflow from conception to execution of A/B testing initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring seamless transition of ideas into live tests.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize a backlog of testing ideas, ensuring timely and efficient execution according to strategic importance.
- Test Platform Management: Own and manage the project management software that houses all testing ideas (from a marketing project management perspective, not a technical perspective).
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Manage workflows between various departments such as design, copywriting, and video production to facilitate the creation of tests.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation; establish and enforce rules and best practices for testing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Accountable for professional working behavior to include building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating V Shred’s core values.

Education
Experience
- 3+ years proven experience in project management within an agency or direct response marketing setting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and their application in marketing strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in creating and managing workflows in project management software, (Monday.com or similar software experience preferred but not required)
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate to various audiences
- Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
