Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and provide behavioral therapy to clients.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goals and strategies.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
