Outside Sales Position
Lad is expanding!! We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our Moses Lake team. The position will involve outside sales with travel on-site to farms and agribusiness operations. It will include base salary, commissions and mileage reimbursement. We are looking for an internally driven individual with irrigation systems and equipment experience. This role is responsible for both direct sales, origination of new business and project management. We are looking for a highly driven individual with great customer service skills and experience and to help our customers have the best possible buying experience. Responsibilities
· Conduct all sales activities and business development from lead generation within the territory
· Travel on-site to farming operations to proactively discuss the replacement, updating and ROI of ag equipment
· Partner with new customers and vendors to ensure most efficient and most cost-effective solutions
· Develop sales budgets with management to help achieve revenue and net profit forecasts
· Maintain product knowledge of all orchard products and precision Ag services
· Develop and maintain orchard industry knowledge including basic understanding of irrigation practices and terminology, tree spacing practices, orchard trellis options and crop requirements.
· Stay up to date with current market trends and research new direct and supporting orchard technology
· Quote, estimate, produce sales design steps, and negotiate terms to close sales
· Become familiar with financing options, warranty registrations and state certifications/licensing
· Participate in strategic marketing and business development activities for new products, clients and services
· Become familiar with pump station and water delivery systems of all types including filtration.
Requirements
· 2+ years prior sales experience preferably in Ag industry
· Understanding of farming, agriculture, irrigation or related fields is a must
· Basic mechanical knowledge. Position does not assist with operations, but the individual will need to be able to learn the technical knowledge of equipment and systems to be able to articulate it to Ag customers
· Comfortable with Microsoft office, Word, Power Point, Excel and CRM and ability to learn specialized software (AutoCAD, IRRICAD, GPS mapping, quoting and precision Ag software).

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential customers in the market
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the sales team
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus

Experience:
