We are looking for an experienced Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling customer inquiries for a Portfolio of properties . The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and take initiative when needed. Property Management experience is required.
Travel: Travel may be required
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Use Management Software to communicate with clients
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Mail Intake and processing
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Oversee Front Office Team schedule and activities
- Various tasks as assigned by Manager
- 5-Star Customer Service is required.
- Property Management experience is required.
- Condominium Property Management experience is perferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
