***The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing direct care resident and department management in meeting the therapy needs of all residents.****
Responsible for demonstrating the Mission for Fox Subacute and to champion the best care possible including quality of life for all residents in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations and Fox Subacute polices/procedures.

- Experience and Qualification
· Maintain a valid license certificate as an Occupational Therapist in accordance with federal, state and local regulation
· Able to read, write and speak the English language clearly
· Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
· Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist Aide preferred
· A desire to serve and care for residents
· Is able to follow written and oral instructions
· Ability to handle multiple priorities
· Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and documentation
· Competent in organization, time management skills
· Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
· Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
