Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the beauty or esthetic industries, coupled with proven sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished phone etiquette, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, texts, emails, social media DMs, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, providing accurate information about our services and scheduling appointments.
- Utilize sales skills to actively promote our treatments and products, effectively closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain organized records of appointments, client information, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty or esthetic industries is essential.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to confidently upsell and close deals

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type:
- Part-time: 8 hour shifts
- Availability to work closing shift on Fridays and/or Saturdays is required
- Hourly pay structure: $17-$20 an hour (hourly rate based on experience)
