Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Heavy Scanning (60% – 65%)
- Prepare file folders and labels
- Support Administrative Staff with legal document filing and file systems
- Organize files
- Compile and maintain legal documents/records within files
- Cross-check and validate with Administrative Staff correctness of files
- Follow-up and tracking of files
- Prepare, update, and maintain various files and filing systems for the practice area
- Willingness to participate in shared office duties and requirements
- Lifting and moving boxes overhead
Education/Experience
- High School Education/Diploma
- Associate Degree a plus
- Experience within a professional office environment
- Working knowledge of Administrative duties
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
