Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This is a full-time position based in our office, we are looking for someone that has financial services industry experience.
Duties:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant with 5 plus years of C level support experience
-Must have financial services industry experience to be considered
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Familiarity with calendar management tools
