Genesis of South Bay is looking for a Service Advisor who is an organized person with great people skills. We want a service advisor who understands the importance of customer service and works well with others. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Setting, confirming, and preparing for appointments to expedite the guest service experience
- Greeting guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Determining vehicle needs based on guest information, a vehicle walk-around, and a technician's multi-point inspection
- Producing repair orders for guests with full transparency including cost and time estimates
- Communicating frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
- Following up with guests on the status of their vehicle
- Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help guest with service maintenance requirements and warranty information
Requirements
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid in-state driver's license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record for the duration on employment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
