- Provide trauma-informed support in collaboration with multidisciplinary immigration legal staff to implement asylum workshops and orientation sessions that include needs-based assessments, application support, and connection to the variety of programs and services at BakerRipley.
- Maintain designated case load that includes assessments, connections to services, monitoring legal case progress, and providing interventions as necessary.
- Meets directly with individuals or families to assess needs and develop an individualized case management plan that includes direct access to pro bono legal services and referrals to partners.
