POSITION
In this position, the SLP will work as subcontractor with the support of a multi-tiered support team including a Clinical Director, BCBA supervisors, and each student’s individualized support staff to develop and implement programming to address students’ speech and language needs as outlined by their individualized education program (IEP). The SLP will work collaboratively with the student’s team to ensure that each student’s needs are addressed in a cohesive manner throughout each school day.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- CA License in Speech and Language Therapy
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Clinical Director to plan, develop, and implement speech and language programming for for students.
- Assess present levels of performance, develop, and measure IEP goals for students.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings.
- Participate in collaborative meetings with team members including but not limited to individualized support staff, teachers, other special service providers, Brite Horizons Directors and BCBAs, school district staff, and parents.
- Demonstrate commitment to student progress, independence, and advocacy.
POSITION SPECIFICS
- Subcontractor position with initial hours in the range of 6-10 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours over time.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
