We have a family-type atmosphere with a collegial environment. In addition to the Texas State Bar, all attorneys are members of the Dallas County, Collin County and Denton County bar associations and the firm pays for their membership in each. The firm also pays for dues associated with the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists for those that are board certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Our firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in either our Dallas or North Frisco office.
About You
You have 2-5 years experience as a family law attorney. You are board certified in family law or could sit to become board certified in the near future. You may be a solo practitioner who has a client base that you want to bring with you to a firm that can provide you with administrative and additional attorney support. You want to grow in your career and handle larger cases with more diverse issues than you have typically handled in the past. Your passion is family law and providing excellent service to your clients. You practice family law aggressively yet understand and embrace the use of empathy and compassion. You are client centered, but not afraid to shoot straight with your clients.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience as a family law attorney
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Board certification in family law is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have handled a plethora of hearings as first chair, specifically Temporary Order hearings
- You have taken numerous party, witness and expert depositions
- You have taken a case to trial or at least been second chair in a trial
- You know the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Rules of Evidence and Texas Family Code
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to get along with others
- Proficiency in MS Word
- Knowledge of Clio Grow and Clio Manage is advantageous
