Job Overview:
Ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of wage an hour analysis. Will be responsible for analyzing jobs to determine correct classification and see if adjustments are needed. Will assist with other compensation projects as needed. Assignment potentially a temp to hire role for the right candidate. This position is work from home, but may need to come into the office on occasion.
Responsibilities:
- Assess job descriptions for FLSA classification and salary adjustments
- Benchmark jobs and works with leaders on offers, transfers and promotions
- Participate in market surveys and emerging compensation trends
- Communicate compensation programs with all levels in the organization
Requirements:
- Five plus years of compensation experience
- Technical expertise of compensation and related components (e.g. legal and regulatory requirements)
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and analytical methods
