Overview: The Warehouse Coordinator will work with internal and external customers to schedule the timely delivery of goods and materials. The Warehouse Coordinator monitors and maintains the flow of intercompany and 3PL material movements, plans, troubleshoots and anticipates problems to develop an action plan to prevent delays in the delivery of goods and communicates the progress of shipments to all stake holders.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Plan and execute stock transfers between sister companies and 3PLs communicates with stake holders to schedule the timely delivery of goods.
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of EDI transactions in WMS.
· Manages intercompany stock transfers.
· Ensures that stock to be transferred is QA approved.
· Track, trace, and update shipment statuses to stake holders maintaining good relationships with carriers, truckers, customers, and warehouses, etc.
· Securing and arranging carriers for outbound/inbound freight as required, book equipment as required (Rail Transport, OTR, etc.) for stock transfers.
· Monitor Cooler Space and notify the Warehouse Manager of any overstock positions.
· Monitor VR and correct inventory discrepancies as required.
· Assist with Work Order closures, investigations, and correct as required.
· Monitor Warehouse Storage and notify the Warehouse Manager of any packaging overstock positions.
· Complete manual customs and shipping documentation when required.
· Develop Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) as required.
· Backup for all Warehouse Clerical Roles.
· Train and orient new staff in the specific functions and tasks of their job, as well as all Health and Safety Practices and procedures.
· Promote and comply with TROPHY’s Health and Safety policies and procedures including the wearing of PPE, Lockout, WHMIS, etc.
· Other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager.
Experience, Qualifications, and Educational Requirements:
· High school diploma or one to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Superior interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to prioritize and organize to efficiently process high volume of transactions.
· Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
· Ability to focus under pressure.
· Effective problem solving skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
· Previous experience in a fast paced environment.
· Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Suite.
· Advanced JDE skills.

Physical Effort:
· Frequent periods are spent sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about.
· Frequent requirement to lift heavy objects over the shoulder level, see different colors, use hands and fingers to touch, handle, or feel and to push and pull product in place on a forklift.
Work Environment:
· There is occasional exposure to uncomfortable environmental factors.
Sensory Attention:
· Frequent need to give concentrated attention, with one or two senses (talk, listen, look) used in co-ordination to ensure the product is prepared according to schedule.
· Ability to apply common sense to problems involving mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, and dividing and written or oral instructions.
· Ability to carry out simple step-by-step instructions.
Mental Stress:
· Work and environment are repetitious/unchanging.
· There is noticeable pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy or similar demands.
