Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Coordinate projects and assist with office management tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
