Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging logistics and managing guest lists
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize Google Suite and other software applications for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce and Google Suite
