Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clerical background and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
