MMC Group is hiring for an upcoming Customer Service Representative for the SNAP & WIC call center. The training for this position starts 5/28/24. Several shifts to choose from - apply today - they will move fast!
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
- Handle customer requests, provide appropriate resolutions.
- Support customers with their WIC and SNAP accounts.
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- A background check will be conducted.
- No drug test or credit check.
Skills

Training
- 3 Week Paid Onsite - starts 5/28/24. (Attendance is 100% required. No missing days, arriving late or leaving early.
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Monday - Friday
Shift (once training is complete)
- Several shifts to choose from - Days, Evenings, Nights - not guaranteed as they will fill up fast.
Pay - $15/hr base with shift differential.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
