We at Hallmark Palm Springs Assisted Living, are looking for an individual with a strong accounting ability/bookkeeping background. The ideal candidate will put a high priority on attention to details and accuracy. The management aspect of this job is minor. Managing your own time and being able to work well with the Executive director, residents and resident families is important. Our ideal candidate will be strong in AP/AR, Bank reconciliations, financial statement preparations, monthly reports,age analysis reports, check runs, and payroll. Individual must also be able to process payroll and be proficient in accounting software above a Quickbooks level. Background with Sage software is preferred. This position is for someone with a loyal, positive, and compassionate attitude that enjoys working with people and patient with seniors. Willingness to be a team player and being able to multi-task both small and large jobs is important for working in our Assisted Living Community. Both a Livescan and a DOJ background check must be done per RCFE Licensing requirements.
