As a Concierge, you will:
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Respond timely to residents’ and family members’ inquiries.
- Maintain our guest register.
- Monitor COVID screening activities.
- Coordinate accounts payable information.
- Oversee mail distribution.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Proficient computer skills with emphasis in Excel, polished telephone etiquette, and at least one year of office experience.
