Development of new and agile methodologies and applications to expand functional capabilities; continuously seek improvements in techniques and cost through evaluation of opportunity/risk.

Consumer Innovation Expertise - sound knowledge and experience in a range of innovation consumer methods applied to fragrances across home and personal care categories. Fine Fragrance a plus.

Partner with strategic vendors and ensure an agile, evidence-based and behavioral science approach is applied to the appropriate study design, planning, execution and analyzing of research. Able to leverage external consumer communities.

Develop, manage, maintain, and foster collaborative future forward consumer panels. Practice the role of facilitator. (T-Tribes and T-Qubators; focus each on different problems to be solved).

Skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and provide technically competent presentations to clients in support of CIMR capabilities and Takasago submissions.

Provide reports and presentations and able to guide and provide actionable recommendations to internal and external clients.

Effectively design qualitative research to complement quantitative research programs.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining high level quality in study design, questionnaires, executing, data analysis/interpretation, and report writing.
Educational Qualifications: BS in relevant fields, such as Consumer Insights, Marketing, Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology, Analytics required; MS preferred.
Competencies: Candidate must have an understanding of experimental design, design, software packages (e.g., SPSS or SAS), and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Curiosity to navigate new platforms, such as metaverse. At least 5 years’ experience in consumer insights. Experience in developing and managing Panels.
